Why This Foot Breaks

The MK670's tilt legs are thin parts retained by two small locking pins. Flipping the legs up and down over time fatigues those pins until one shears or the leg works its way loose, and the keyboard drops flat while you are typing. Logitech does not sell the foot as a service part, so the usual repair advice is to replace the entire keyboard over a part that weighs three grams.

Logitech Wave Keys MK670 Combo (920-012059, 920-012060) and the standalone Wave Keys ergonomic keyboard, keyboard model YR0096. This part is designed from the MK670 foot; if you have a different Logitech Wave model such as the K350, K550 or MK570, that keyboard uses a different foot and this one will not fit.
