Refund policy

We want every part to fit right the first time. Here's how we handle it when something's not right.

Wrong Fit

If a part was listed as compatible with your model and doesn't fit, email us at partsfindr@gmail.com with a photo and your order number — we'll troubleshoot with you first (it's often a quick fix), and if it's still not right, we'll reprint or refund, no hassle.

Damaged in Transit

If your part arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a free replacement right away.

Standard Returns

Unused parts in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Since our parts are made to order, please contact us before sending anything back so we can help first.

Custom Print Orders

Because custom prints are made specifically from your file or specifications, they can't be resold and are not eligible for return unless the part arrives defective or was misprinted from the file you provided — in that case we'll reprint or refund at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
