Why This Bracket Breaks

• The WH-CH510 headband bracket is the small plastic connector that attaches each ear cup to the headband and allows it to swivel. It is one of the thinnest and most stressed parts on the headphone. Once broken, the ear cup detaches completely from the headband and the headphones become unwearable. Sony does not sell this bracket as a standalone part. This PETG replacement restores full function without soldering — remove the broken piece and snap the new bracket into place.
