Why This Latch Breaks

• The dust bin release latch is the tab that unlocks and releases the dust cup from the main vacuum body every time the bin is emptied. The latch is pressed repeatedly during normal use and is prone to cracking or snapping off at the pivot point — leaving the dust bin unable to lock back into place. Once broken the vacuum cannot be used properly until the latch is replaced. This printed replacement drops in to restore full function.
